Reflections

 This week was a lot of learning. I learned a totally new topic for my compo which is the backlinks, it was a difficult topic to understand, I read the readings of the assignment but in addition to that I looked for more information on the subject and I saw videos on you tube to understand it, I feel that it is enough work that must be done to get backlinks, it is extremely beneficial but strategies must be designed well. Unfortunately I could not fulfill the assignment on the subject but at least I have the consolation that I managed to understand it very well. Another topic that I was able to learn much better was google analitycs because through the demo account I was able to do many searches that helped me better understand this tool, I hope to be able to apply it to my own page as well.

  This week I learned a lot about social network SEO, there are many strategies that can be carried out for a business to be successful, but you must invest time and make a good plan to make this possible. I discovered that meta tags and alt tags help our images to appear in users' search engines, which are important like keywords, I also learned about the spider-talk strategy, something that was funny but interesting at first glance. time. It is amazing to discover and learn week after week new ways to lead my business to success but I can also see that it takes time and planning to achieve it. The readings have been very clear this week and the planning video was very helpful as well. At the end of the ads project it was quite enriching, I learned to use other google ads tools that will help me in the future.

 This week I learned a lot of interesting facts about Landing Page Optimization & Website Optimizer and Basic SEO. Three aspects about optimizing my site caught my attention and those that I would like to implement, such as adding a testimonial page so that other people can see what my business has done for them, also putting trust icons such as the visa icon to give them confidence and security in my business and finally good calls to action. Another thing I learned was about SEO, I had heard about it in ads that appear in YouTube videos but I didn't know its meaning, I always skipped them, but I discovered that it is super important to drive traffic to my website. One aspect that caught my attention was the content and unique value that my website can have, content that will not be repeated anywhere else and therefore my site is the right place for visitors.
